AI Marketing Agent Ecosystem
A connected suite of AI marketing agents supporting the everyday work of a modern B2B marketing team — from strategy and research to content, editing, sales enablement, and execution planning.
Internal systems, proprietary prompts, source documents, and confidential workflows are not displayed publicly.
The challenge
Marketing teams face growing demand for faster, better-targeted output across campaigns, content, sales enablement, and research. Traditional tooling wasn't built for the pace of modern buyer research or for the volume a lean team is expected to produce.
My role
I designed the agent ecosystem end to end — defining use cases, evaluating models, structuring context and knowledge, building the interfaces the team uses day to day, and integrating outputs into existing marketing and sales workflows.
What I built
Agents for campaign strategy, positioning and messaging, email and landing-page development, long-form content, editorial review, competitive and market research, sales enablement, webinar promotion, and integrated go-to-market planning. Each agent is tuned to a specific job and grounded in curated context.
How it supported the team
The system compressed the distance between an idea and a usable deliverable. Campaigns move from concept to first draft in hours rather than days, sales gets faster answers to buyer questions, and the team spends more time on judgment and less on production overhead.
What I learned
AI leverage in marketing comes from the surrounding system as much as the model — structured context, clear jobs to be done, and tight integration with the tools people already use. Reliability, taste, and disciplined evaluation matter more than novelty.
