Automated Revenue Marketing System
Built interconnected HubSpot workflows supporting lead routing, MQL follow-up, lifecycle communications, SDR engagement, campaign operations, database management, and sales alignment.
Workflow logic, internal dashboards, customer information, contact records, and exact results are not displayed publicly.
The operational problem
Marketing and sales needed a shared system for how leads flow, get qualified, and turn into pipeline — with less manual handoff and more consistent lifecycle communications.
The system design
A connected set of HubSpot workflows for lead routing, qualification, follow-up, lifecycle stage progression, database hygiene, and campaign operations — designed to keep marketing, SDRs, and account executives working from the same source of truth.
My role
Designed the overall workflow architecture, built the automations, defined ownership and handoff rules, and iterated the system based on what sales and marketing actually needed in practice.
Business impact
Faster follow-up, more predictable lifecycle communications, better cross-team visibility, and a cleaner operational surface that campaign execution can build on. Exact figures are held privately.
What I learned
A revenue marketing system is only as good as the operating discipline around it. The workflow design matters, but so do the norms — how leads are classified, when SDRs engage, and how marketing and sales talk to each other about what's working.
